What belongs in a hotel FF&E schedule
A concept needs a clear schedule: specifications, quantities, samples, costs and an installation sequence.
Identify each item
Give each item a code, location, quantity, dimensions and specification. Link the code to the plan so the team understands its use.
Document approvals
Record samples, vendor, cost, production lead time and substitution decisions. Keep the detail after the initial visual approval.
Prepare for installation
Check door access, lifts, storage and installation sequence. Delivery dates need to follow room readiness.
