The project brief defines the deliverables: concept, planning, material and lighting strategy, detail drawings, furniture schedules and agreed coordination. The final scope, consultant responsibilities, budget and programme are recorded in the proposal.
We welcome property briefs across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, Seminyak and Sanur. Scope suitability and site requirements are discussed before appointment.
